The Trust & Investment Services Division of PEOPLESBANK was granted full trust powers in December of 1979.  We provide professional asset management services to personal, business and non-profit clients throught the United States.  We currently have assets under management in excess of $120 million, of which all are managed from our York, Pennsylvania location. 

PeoplesBank's Trust & Investment Services Division has a strong & experienced team of employees that assist in the oversight of more than 500 client relationships, both locally, nationally and internationally.  Our client list includes individuals and beneficiaries in over 30 states and several foreign countries.

In addition to being the largest bank trust division headquartered in York County, we are part of an elite group of professional fiduciaries that is approved to provide trustee services for the U.S. Department of Justice, The Department of Health & Human Services (many of these cases are related to the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act), The Torts Branch/Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, numerous attorneys, structured settlement brokers and the Courts.
    
 

ACCOUNT PROFILE :    

Approximately 50% of our business is dedicated to investment advisory & financial planning services for individuals (including Individual Retirement Accounts) and institutional clients.  The balance of the assets managed by the Trust & Investment Services Division of PeoplesBank are professional trustee, executor & fiduciary activities.  Our conservative investment discipline emphasizes a broad diversification strategy using multiple asset classes, multiple investment styles and multiple money managers.  Our primary objective is to structure a customized, tax-aware portfolio that is designed to generate suitable rates of return with an emphasis on managing risk while pursuing opportunities to experience portfolio growth.
