Steve joins PeoplesBank with over 21 years of in-depth knowledge in establishing and managing personal trust and estate relationships.  His dedication to superior client service through sound business practices has established him as a leader in his field.  A graduate of Penn State University and the Canon Trust School, Steve and his family reside in the York, PA area.
